  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on location.
  • We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • Tracking details will be shared via email once the order is dispatched.
3. International Shipping
  • We ship to multiple countries, subject to trade regulations and logistics feasibility.
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • International shipping charges vary based on:
    • Destination country
    • Product weight and dimensions
    • Shipping method (standard/express)

Important Note for International Orders:

  • Buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local charges applicable in their country.
  • Delays due to customs clearance, regulatory checks, or international logistics are beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID/link via email.
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status using the provided tracking details.

DLS Global Service and Trading shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters or weather conditions
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Government regulations or restrictions
  • Courier service disruptions

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking and resolving shipment issues.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
  • Customers must ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete.
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Additional charges may apply for re-shipping in case of failed delivery.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).
  • Claims will be reviewed in coordination with the courier partner.
  • Resolution may include replacement, refund, or claim processing as applicable.
9. Partial Shipments

  • Customers will be informed accordingly.
